Where is Remedy located?
The headquarters is located in the Crown Bay Center in building C.
What will happen with my registration from 2020?

Your membership still remains, and you will not lose your spot in Remedy Carnival Troupe.

What will happen to my payment/deposit?

Your payment/deposit remains with your current costume. All deposits are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my payment/deposit to a new costume?

Payments/deposits are not transferable.

What if I want to switch to another costume?

If you no longer want to keep your current costume, you are responsible for transferring it to another individual.

What do I do once I find an individual to transfer my costume to?

Notify us by email and your account will be updated. Then, you can start a new agreement for another costume.

What if the individual I transfer my costume to is a different size?

Costume and shoes sizes will remain the same. No size changes will be made, you must find an individual that wears the same size.

Am I able to get a refund if I don’t want to participate in the 2023 parade?

Refunds are not available. You must sell your costume to another individual and the financial aspect of the transaction is solely between you and the other individual.

When can I pay off my balance?

Any remaining balances can be paid on launch day on Remedy’s website or in person at the Remedy headquarters location in the Crown Bay Center.

How do I pay my balance online?

The balance is paid online via our Past Masqueraders page. You can enter the email address you registered with on your application to access your order and view / pay any applicable balance. Click here to get started.

Is there an age requirement to become a member?

You must be 18 years old to join Remedy Carnival Troupe.

What day is St. Thomas Adults’ Parade 2023?

Adults’ parade Day is Saturday, April 29, 2023.

I am unable to collect my costume, can another person collect it on my behalf?

Yes, this is possible. Details will be added soon.

Where can I view Remedy’s costumes?

Costumes may be viewed via the online gallery at remedycarnivaltroupe.com. You can also view the costumes in person at the Remedy headquarters during operating hours.

When is costume pickup?

The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all members and posted on our website and social media pages. Different sections will have different distribution dates.

How can I pay for my costume?

We accept cash and card payments at the Remedy headquarters in the Crown Bay Center on registration days, and at all times online through our registration website. Checks are not accepted for payment.

When do I need to pay for my costume?

Your deposit must be paid upon registration, otherwise your order will be incomplete and immediately cancelled. Costumes must be paid in full by April 8, 2023. Members can also make advance payments at Remedy’s headquarters and online through our registration website.

What do I get at costume distribution?

You will receive your complete costume, Remedy branded bag, tumbler, towel, and member wristband. Your costume is not complete without a wristband. Members not wearing wristbands will be removed from the troupe by security.

I have a comment/complaint, who do I speak to?

I have not been receiving emails from Remedy, what can I do?

Please send an email to remedytroupemembers@hotmail.com with your information so that we can update our records with your correct email address. We will send a confirmation email once your address has been updated.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Please use the ‘Forgot Your Password’ feature on your account login page.

Can my husband/wife jump in the troupe?

No, Remedy only allows paying members to participate in the parade. Non-members may observe from the sidelines; however, they will not be allowed to participate.

What music is played on the road?

Remedy has two bands, Karnage Band and Blind Earz.

Where does the troupe meet on the day of parade?

We will meet at the start of the graveyard near Silver Dollar/Ezzat Tire. Be sure to look out for an email for additional details closer to parade day.
